Finance assistant

Finance Assistant Salary: up to GBP22k per year plus an attractive benefits package! Location: Poole - Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days home) We are partnered with one of the leading suppliers of education support services with a portfolio that includes the full spectrum of ICT, Finance, MIS and HR Payroll offerings. As a Finance Assistant, you will work on Remote Managed Service working closely with a range of schools. Full training will be given to the right person however, an interest in finance business would be useful. There is opportunity for progression within this role. This role is not based in a school but provides financial remote support to a range of schools. About the role: * Confidence in the ability to use computerised systems to transfer skills to an education finance setting * Sound financial knowledge to ensure compliance day-to-day finance processing is useful but not essential * Ability to work within a team and manage own time effectively * Ability to build and sustain relationships * Excellent IT skills * Adaptive and solutions-based approach to financial administration and finance systems * Results driven without compromising quality * Good with numbers and the ability to analyse data * High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust * Solid work ethic with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
