Requirements: We #39;re seeking candidates who possess: Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, with a specific focus on supporting students with ASD. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in the context of supporting students with diverse needs. Adaptability and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary school team. Previous experience supporting students with ASD is highly advantageous.
