Quantity Surveyor Cambridgeshire, Suffolk Office based Permanent GBP50,000k - GBP60,000k plus benefits Degree level or equivalent BSc Quantity Surveying preferred Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a fresh new start? Currently looking for a sharp, strong and technically proficient Quantity Surveyor to join my client at there office in the Essex area. You will be working closely with the Commercial team. They have a number of exciting projects starting up over the next few months, so lots coming up to get stuck into! They are an extremely professional House Builder who are growing at a lovely pace in the East of England and really pushing forward in the market. They invest a lot in their staff and always look to push people into higher positions, staff retention is fantastic. Also, they have 5 years worth of work coming up on Residential schemes, units ranging from 5 - 90. Requirements: - 3-5+ years experience working within a Quantity Surveyor position in the UK. - An excellent approach to work and professional outlook on the construction industry - Developer experience desired. - Residential experience needed. - Monthly Valuations / Monthly Valuations / Client Valuations. - Procurement. - Change Requests - Pre Construction. - IT literate. - Strong communication skills. - Solid commercial knowledge. - Degree level or equivalent BSc Quantity Surveying preferred.
