This is a fantastic opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a forward-thinking GP Practice. The practice has a great team ethos and environment, you will work closely with a supportive clinical and non-clinical team to ensure the greatest level of patient care is delivered. Salary - GBP40,000 - GBP60,000 + NHS pension + 33 days annual leave + BH pro rata Location - Felixstowe The surgery - Forward-thinking GP training practice Great location Modern purpose-built health centre Fantastic team atmosphere amongst all the staff Open door policy at the practice Multi-disciplined team of clinicians around you Supportive, multi-disciplined team Your role - Part time 3 days per week Support in areas such as minor illness, injury, minor ailments and acute on the day appointments Manage Long-term conditions and complex care Triage via AskmyGP Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team Be able to work autonomously Masters or equivalent qualification - Desirable Independent Prescribing - Essential The benefits - NHS pension 33 days leave + BH pro rata Brilliant management team Supportive partnership Excellent benefits package Next Steps For further details on this exceptional role, please click the Apply Now button.
