In the coming year they will be looking to grow their Project Management team so you will have the opportunity to develop your career. Your new role ndash; Project Manager * As a project manager you will be overseeing the effective and compliant completion of multiple Construction projects across multiple sites in London. * Delivering lifecycle and reactive projects in line with the clients needs. * Making sure suitable work plans and budgets are in place to meet the needs of stakeholders. * Managing all aspects of project delivery, as well as liaising with clients and senior members of management. What you #39;ll need to succeed * Previous experience as a project manager/construction manager in a facilities management company. * A good understanding of Lifecycle projects. * SMSTS site management 5-day course desirable. * Strong communication, with the ability to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
