Technical service manager

This role is for a Technical Service Manager in the Property industry, where the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical services within the Facilities Management department. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team. Lead, coach, and mentor the technical team to deliver excellence in service. Oversee the preparation of technical reports and documentation. Manage technical service budgets and contracts. Continually seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of technical services.Profile A successful Technical Service Manager should have: A degree in Engineering, Property Management or a related field. Proven experience in managing technical services within a Facilities Management environment. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong technical knowledge and expertise.
