Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Teacher to work in numerous client schools in Gravesham. In this role, you #39;ll have the opportunity to provide invaluable support to students, enabling both academic and personal growth, whilst being able to maintain a flexible schedule. Role Responsibilities - Supply Teacher: Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom to work on an ad-hoc basis, allowing you to manage your schedule flexibly week-to-week Student Support: Be a pillar of support for students within schools, fostering a safe and conducive learning environment. Adaptability: Cover a range of subjects, following the plans and using the resources set by the class teacher. Behaviour Management: Uphold school behaviour policies, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere conducive to learning.
