Our client is seeking a client-facing Residential Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary of GBP45,000 - GBP48,000 per annum, along with additional benefits. Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical maintenance and repairs in high-end residential properties. Act as a client-facing representative, ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance needs. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service. Requirements: Electrical bias with relevant qualifications. Previous experience in residential maintenance, ideally in high-end properties. Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication abilities. Ability to work independently and efficiently.
