Roles and Responsibilities of a Marketing Manager: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and boost brand awareness. Develop and execute strategies to retain and engage existing customers through various channels such as email marketing, social media, digital advertising, paid and organic search. Analyse customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviours, and utilise insights to optimise marketing campaigns and improve customer retention. Track key performance indicators, analyse campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports to senior management. Support internal engagement, communication and events. Skills and Attributes of a Marketing Manager: Background within a similar marketing position preferably with experience wit campaign and event management. Excellent written and verbal communication. Experience using various analytical tools. Experience using a CRM system, email marketing software and content management systems. Ability to work and manage a team.
