Senior quantity surveyor

A loyal client to Sphere are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to commence a new role in Bristol. Your new company are a large national main contractor, with a turnover of over GBP1B per annum. They are one of the largest privately owned business left within the UK construction market. My client have recently opened a Bristol office and are therefore looking to recruit an individual that can oversee one of their new regional schemes. The ideal individual for the role with have good Tier 1 experience within Education, Commercial, and Accommodation related developments up to GBP40M - GBP50M. You will also have managed Commercial teams previously and have Pre-Construction experience.
