Costs Draftsman/Lawyer ndash; Hybrid / Fully remote working We are currently recruiting for an experienced Costs Draftsperson or Costs Lawyer. The Company is a Legal 500 Law Firm, Law Society accredited and recognised by Chambers. The firm specialises in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Road Traffic accidents. The role we are recruiting for is a Costs Draftsperson or Costs Lawyer who is confident with drafting Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury Bills of Costs. You will handle a diverse caseload of Legal matters and your main duties will consist of: * Prepare and submit Legal Bills of Costs. * Drafting and management of a caseload of files. * To liaise and advise with fee earners and support staff in relation to a variety of legal costs matters. * Provide technical advice and supervision to junior members of the team. * Report any cases that fall outside of the draftsperson rsquo;s individual authority to the Costs Team Manager. * Conducting negotiations regarding costs issues. * Ensure the case management system is used properly and effectively in accordance with agreed procedures. * Monitor and manage own compliance with targets in respect of income and drafting.
