Mane Infrastructure are on the look for a I C Manager to work as part of a team for our client who are leading M E Engineering contractors who are carrying out major electrical installations and fit out within a new build energy from waste plant based in West Bromwich Responsibilities: Manage the Instrumentation and Control team. Manage the I C package scope. Liaise with the Manager regarding workload and resource planning for the I C package. Deliver and oversee Electrical, Control Instrumentation Engineering activities for the project. Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulations. Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Provide technical guidance and support to the I C team as needed. Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise. Maintain documentation and records related to the I C package. Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on all project activities. Requirements: Experience in managing I C packages within the Electrical Construction industry. Previously have worked on industrial projects. Strong electrical engineering background with a focus on I C systems Strong knowledge of Instrumentation and Control engineering principles and practices. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team. Proficiency in producing and reviewing technical documents and reports. Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
