HR Advisor Leighton Buzzard GBP35000 ndash; 3 month fixed term contract Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a company based in Leighton Buzzard. The role requires an experienced HR professional to provide effective people management and support to the business, including areas such as employee relations, performance management, recruitment, HR policies and procedures and data management. The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of HR legislation and have the ability to provide creative solutions to complex HR issues. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, be confident in building relationships with a range of stakeholders and be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities: bull; Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and leavers bull; Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures including occupational health. bull; Support the management of employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary matters bull; Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders bull; Develop and deliver HR projects to support business objectives bull; Maintain accurate records on the HR database bull; Ensure compliance with all relevant HR legislation Skillset Required: bull; Level 5 CIPD bull; Excellent communication and organisational skills bull; Ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders bull; Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment bull; Excellent data management skills bull; Proficient in Microsoft Office If you are interested in this HR Advisor role and believe you have the skills and experience necessary, please apply for immediate consideration and interview.
