The business has an excellent client base and covers all areas of the public and private sectors. An opportunity has arisen for an Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Residential team to work on complex, high-value projects for key clients. This is a senior level role and will be responsible for delivering QS services from inception to completion on major projects, working closely alongside the client teams. They will monitor a variety of projects at one time and be responsible for managing significant capital expenditure budgets. Candidates for this role should have extensive Residential experience and be MRICS qualified. They will ideally come from a professional cost consultancy background, but contractor or client-side experience will also be considered. The role is paying up to GBP75,000 salary plus a comprehensive benefits package. Based in central London with flexibility for some remote working.
