You will provide excellent customer service through effective communication as orders are received via phone calls and emails and handle a high volume of activities whilst being able to process information accurately whilst remaining focused. You will also be trained to be able to advise customers about the products services available. The Role: Handle a high volume of customer enquiries via phone calls, email and through the web. Understand customer requirements and process orders accurately and efficiently to enhance the customer experience. Address customer questions regarding our products and services. Be compassionate regarding customer queries or complaints making every effort to resolve problems satisfactorily. Work with customers to minimise small orders and reduce the number of deliveries to the same site Maintain accurate customer account details. Provide effective communication with customers, colleagues and 3rd parties to ensure successful outcomes with a Right First Time mentality.
