Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager - Central London (Kings Cross) Up to GBP465 per day - 6 month contract - OUTSIDE IR35 We currently have an urgent contract requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Senior Cost Manager to work on a six to nine month assignment in Central London. Our client is a real estate consulting firm who are working on a commercial development for a blue-chip business with basic details as follows: * Project is already under construction; you rsquo;ll have strong post-contract experience and ideally some EA too. * You rsquo;ll be part of a team of 30 but working closely with another Partner, overseeing a team of seven more junior staff. * Due to the nature of the role, you rsquo;ll need to be in the office 5-days per week (no wfh available for this position) * Commercial office experience isn rsquo;t a pre-requisite but you rsquo;ll have worked on major construction schemes previously. * Client-facing role so you rsquo;ll need to have good stakeholder management and communication skills. * All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
