Responsibilities: * Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and conditions. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. * Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including preparing proposals and participating in client presentations. * Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, including deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards. * Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices. * Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary. * Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure that health and safety requirements are integrated into all aspects of project planning and execution. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes related to contract management, business development, and health safety. Qualifications: * Bachelor #39;s degree in business administration, law, engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience in contract management, including negotiation, drafting, and administration. * Strong understanding of business development principles and practices, with a track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. * Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices, with previous experience implementing health and safety programs in a corporate environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. * Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, NEBOSH) are preferred but not required.
