Job description:

My client, a national main contractor, specialising in new build projects up to GBP20m across the commercial and retail sectors, currently has a requirement for a freelance Senior Site Manager in Reading for approximately 6 months. The project is a new build, fast paced commercial development, value GBP15m. The successful candidate must have valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid. Experience of new build projects, including frame, cladding, roofing and internals packages would be advantageous. Duties and responsibilities will include: Reporting to the Project Manager Site Management including managing subcontractors and site staff Managing the development to programme Health and SafetyTo apply for this role, please complete the fields below
