Commercial Account Handler / Broker Location: Padiham, Lancs Package: GBPNegotiable + Benefits We #39;re expanding our team at Sagar to ensure we continue providing an outstanding service to our clients. The team in Padiham have been recording some excellent growth over the last few years and we need to make sure they are fully supported as we continue to grow. Our growth is fuelled by our people, so we want to look after them and make sure they can do what they do best - look after clients, this role is key to ensuring the team can carry on pushing forwards to win and retain more clients in the region. Accordingly we #39;d be interested in talking to Account Handlers who are comfortable in dealing with a broad range of Commercial clients with exposure to larger risks being beneficial but not essential On a day to day basis you #39;ll be: middot; Assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries and quotations for additional products middot; Working closely with the account executives on larger cases middot; Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention levels middot; Ensuring documentation and systems are accurate middot; Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases. middot; Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders What #39;s on offer: A fantastic team environment within a business that are growing at over 20% year on year and some excellent career prospects A negotiable starting salary with regular 1-2-1 #39;s coupled with the standard benefits package (Holiday, Pension etc.) and a culture built around developing its staff Full support for professional qualifications (including full funding) Your experience: middot; You #39;ll have a solid grounding in commercial insurance with exposure to the main commercial insurance products including Property, Liability, Fleet, PI, D O, Cyber and packaged solutions middot; You #39;ll be able to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels and should be used to using Word, Excel and wider broking platforms (Acturis in an ideal world) middot; Comfortable in dealing with customer enquiries via phone, face to face and email
