Hr administrator

HR Administrator Romford Site based initially with 2 days from home after 6 month probation 24,000 to 27,000 per annum I am working with a well established yet growing business based in Romford who are looking for a HR Administrator to join the team due to go expansion. As the HR Administrator, you will work closely with other members in the team to assist them in generalist HR duties. As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for the following: - Maintain ad update the HR system and employee files to ensure data is accurate and up to date, including sickness, absence and Return to Work paperwork - Work with line managers to support them with employee relation queries, including sickness and absence - Arrange disciplinary and absence review meetings with line manaers, ensuring paperwork is issued - Assist with Right to Work checks, draft letters, process employee contract changes such as salary or job title change - Provide generalist HR support to the wider business while working alongside the HR and Recruitment team As the HR Administrator, you will have the following experience: - A year or more experience working in a HR Administrator role - Experience of using HR system(s) - Strong Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Word and Outlook - Good attention to detail and strong communication skills - Excellent planning, organisational and time-management skills If you are a HR Administrator looking to change roles to become a part of a successful yet rewarding business, apply now
