Contract Manager Central London GBP60,000 - GBP65,000 per annum Our client manages a portfolio of 10 prestigious buildings within Central London and is in need of a dedicated Contract Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of these properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end residential properties, with a keen focus on maintaining landlord areas to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of 10 buildings within Central London. Manage contractor relationships and ensure services are delivered to the highest quality and within budget. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to optimise building performance. Act as the main point of contact for the client and address any maintenance issues promptly and effectively. Manage the engineering team Ensure all buildings are complaint Weekly reporting to key stakeholders Requirements: Previous experience managing high-end residential properties is preferable. Strong technical understanding of building services and plant found within commercial sites. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards. Package: Competitive salary of GBP60,000 - GBP65,000 per annum. 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays.
