Stores supervisor

We rsquo;re hiring for a Stores Supervisor to join a friendly, family run manufacturer based in Macclesfield. Due to the company rsquo;s rapid growth, they rsquo;re hiring for an knowledgeable stores person who can supervise an experienced team. The primary purpose of the Stores Supervisor is to provide motivation, guidance, instruction, and leadership for the purpose of achieving production targets. What rsquo;s on offer? * GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 per annum * 8:30am ndash; 5:00pm Monday ndash; Thursday / 3:00pm finish Friday What will you be doing as a Stores Supervisor? * Managing the stores team to ensure the accurate collection and traceability of material movement throughout the warehouse * Working collaboratively with other team members to enhance continuous improvement and space maximisation throughout the stores department * Updating data collection systems to allocate materials around the factory to enable a smooth production flow * Ensuring compliance of HSE policies and procedures, safe working practices and the wearing of PPE * Collecting feedback details, carrying out feedback briefings, providing data, and trend analysis and commentary on progress * Ensuring that the team you are supervising understand the expected work and behaviour standards What do you need? * The ideal candidate would have experience within team leading or supervising in stores and preferably further managed a team * Valid counterbalance licence * The ability to deliver pace to meet challenging demands * Good attention to detail * Highly motivated and delivery focused * Excellent communication and engagement skills * Knowledge of policies and procedures * Professional, friendly, and approachable attitude If you rsquo;re interested in advancing your career with a market leading manufacturing and being duly rewarded for your hard work and achievements, then apply now for consideration or speak with Meg at KPJ Group for more information.
