Senior quantity surveyor

Our client is a well run and busy Developer whom are looking for a experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This role would suit somebody looking for a long term career opportunity and looking to make a day to day impact on the business from day one. You will ideally have 5 years experience of sub contractor surveying and costing on residential, educational and commercial projects. Typical size of project GBP1-GBP5 million . Our client have 3 years worth of work already secured in these sectors. Key responsibilities:- Produce valuations and payment applications It is essential to have the knowledge and confidence to be able to take site measurements unsupervised. Surveying of projects and pricing. Identify changes to works information Costing variations Understanding of quality control, material scheduling etc Subcontract account management Cost reporting This is a genuine long term carer opportunity to work with a busy and expanding company and work locally and from home in a hybrid capacity.
