Plumber / Multi Trader Baillie Reynolds Maintenance Ltd are specialists in serving the local social housing market. Our services consist off, voids, planned works, larger repairs occasional responsive repairs Due to the high demand and expanse off the company we are looking for several Plumber Multi rsquo;s Duties requirements Plumber Multi Trade: * Experience and proven track record as plumber as main trade * Must be confident in other trades such as basic carpentry, plastering, painting and decorating etc * We also hold time served trade experience in high regard so if you have this please do still apply. * Current Health and Safety Training, however we will consider candidates without on the basis that we will arrange for them to complete this on joining. * Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external Clients and customers. * Maintain a safe environment for site staff and residents. * Be smart in appearance as we are customer facing Business Qualifications experience required for Plumber Multi Trade: * Social housing background preferred but not essential * Cylinder Changes * Element Changes * Soldering * Radiator changes * Good organisational skills * Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure * Ability to work as part of team. * Full clean driving * Ability to work closely with outside /contractors/Consultants Benefits package * We can offer PAYE or Self-employed, salary rsquo;s will be discussed upon application * Company van and fuel card issued to PAYE workers * Monday ndash; Friday, 08am ndash; 16:30pm * Weekend work optional * Holiday + bank holidays allocated * Personal development and training provided * Working within a friendly inclusive team * Company Uniform and PPE * Pension If you are interested in this opportunity, then please apply today and we will be in contact to discuss further.
