The Associate Building Surveyor #39;s role: As an Associate Building Surveyor in this esteemed consultancy, you will have a diverse and engaging role. Your responsibilities will not only include hands-on surveying tasks but also extend to close collaboration with clients, forecasting, and effective team management. The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have? bull; MRICS qualified. bull; A relevant degree within Building Surveying or Property related (RICS accredited). bull; A deep passion for building surveying, with a track record of success in similar roles. bull; Excellent interpersonal and client management skills. bull; Strong leadership qualities and experience in team management. bull; The ability to balance hands-on surveying with strategic business responsibilities
