Senior events executive

Job Title Senior Events Executive Salary: A GBP 32,000 : A GBP 34,250 + Benefits Location: West Sussex My client is a membership organisation who have a passion for enjoying and sharing the great outdoor They put on a number of pop up events each year all over the UK and we are looking for a Senior Events Executive to join the team, supporting across all areas of the event from start to finish. This will be a hybrid role with a mixture of office, on site and remote working. Key Responsibilities: * Liaise with venues and landlords * Organize all administration and paperwork * Gather quotes from suppliers * Manage bookings, resolving payment errors or duplicates * Provide analysis and feedback after each event * Research new location opportunities * Develop marketing and promotion collateral for events * Provide further administrative and logistics support to the team Skills and Experience: * Previous event experience ideally within outdoor or festivals * Strong administration and organisational skills * Experience in event support and logistics * Previous knowledge of using an event booking system * Ability to create strong relationships * Positive and enthusiastic * Full UK driving license Job Title Senior Events Executive Salary: A GBP 32,000 : A GBP 34,250 + Benefits Location: West Sussex If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to social....... corecruitment/ facebook/COREcruitmentDOTcom/ Tweet us COREcruitment
