Responsibilities: middot; Source top-tier talent through various methods. middot; Build and maintain candidate networks. middot; Source new clients. middot; Understand client needs and provide exceptional recruitment services. middot; Conduct interviews and assessments. middot; Manage end-to-end recruitment process. middot; Stay updated on industry trends. Requirements: middot; Proven sales or recruitment experience. middot; Strong knowledge of best practices. middot; Excellent communication skills. middot; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. middot; Results-oriented mindset. middot; Proficiency in IT software and social media platforms.
