Our rapidly growing client are looking to recruit an experienced Bid Writer to be based in their Wigan office working across all business units. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES * Find out about possible business opportunities. * Identify frameworks for new business tenders. * Work with clients and planning teams. * Collect data for bids. * Present technical information in a way that is easy to understand. * Keep accurate records and save material to a #39;bid library #39; for future use. * Design, write, edit and submit bid documents. SUMMARY OF SKILLS * Experience of being part of a successful bids and tenders * Excellent communicator * A high attention to detail with an excellent editing and proofing ability * Excellent literacy skills, with an extensive vocabulary * Deadline driven with effective time management skills. * Thrive in a busy environment. * Ability to multitask and prioritise workload. * Experience in the construction or facilities business sector. * Proven successful bid involvement. * Can demonstrate effective bid writing skills
