F D Tech Solutions are looking for data cabling engineers with the following requirements: * Experience in surveying, with advanced IT/computer literacy to report on findings of surveys * Experience working in a similar internal data cabling role/data centres * The ability to read architectural drawings * Comprehensive experience in the installation of Cat5e, 6, 6a and fibre cabling * The ability to prepare quantities from specifications and drawings * Have an excellent understanding of health and safety practice * Experienced in setting up, using and understanding Fluke DSX8000/5000 results, or similar test equipment * Experienced in the safe and correct use of access equipment and power tools * Hold an ECS or CSCS skills card, designating your trade * Able to demonstrate good written, phone and in-person communication skills * No criminal record * A full clean driver #39;s license Further Details: * Multiple positions with base locations around the M25 corridor and Essex areas * A maximum of 2 ndash; 3 days per month working away * Experience installing your own metal trunking, metal tray-work containment * There is an expectation of travel with these positions, this equates to max. 90 mins driving per day, each way
