The Electrician role: #xF0B7;Attending breakdowns and undertaking planned and preventative maintenance #xF0B7;Working with plant and associated equipment, heating, ventilation and boiler controls, alarm systems, #xF0B7;Assisting in the installation of new plant/equipment, HVAC installation and maintenance work #xF0B7;Building control and automation, #xF0B7;Hot and Cold water systems, security access control. #xF0B7;Liaise with the Maintenance Supervisor regarding plant or equipment failures and request the supply of goods and or services as necessary. #xF0B7;Carry out planned preventive maintenance inspections and commissioning tests #xF0B7;Complete all report sheets and test certificates as necessary. #xF0B7;Monitor and test chemical levels adjust as required reserves within boiler feed water systems. #xF0B7;Follow planned maintenance schedules. #xF0B7;Lifts, drainage and sewage systems. #xF0B7;37 hours per week #xF0B7;Rotating on-call rota for which extra payment is given for the on call covered. #xF0B7;Overtime paid over 37.5 hours at 1.5x #39;s or time given in lieu The Person: #xF0B7;Experience working in manufacturing, Industrial, facilities, buildings maintenance or commercial based electrical role. #xF0B7;A can-do attitude and a proven background and a stable career within engineering. #xF0B7;A recognised and registered electrical apprenticeship and minimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering. #xF0B7;18th Edition qualification The company: #xF0B7;Fixed daytime hours and a great working environment with friendly staff and opportunities for progression. #xF0B7;Public sector role with and excellent working environment Benefits: #xF0B7;Training and Development #xF0B7;10% pension . #xF0B7;Sick Pay #xF0B7;NHS discounts Travail Employment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
