Financial services administrator

JOB TITLE: Financial Services Administrator LOCATION: Bridgwater, Somerset (office based) SALARY: GBP22,000- GBP26,000 PA (DOE) HOURS: Part time and full-time hours considered (minimum 25 hours per week, across 5 days). Core hours are Monday - Friday, 9am till 5pm (1 hour lunch). BENEFITS: 25 days annual leave pro-rated, plus bank holidays, company pension, training and development opportunities, free parking, small and friendly working environment. THE COMPANY: A well established and professional firm seeking a committed and motivated Administrator to support their friendly and welcoming team with a variety of duties with a key focus on data entry and maintaining the back-office records. The role will suit someone who is interested in working within the Financial Service sector. KEY DUTIES: Recording and updating data on back-office systems. Dealing with written and telephone enquiries from clients and product providers. Maintaining client records and updating them, as required. Carrying out Money Laundering checks. Arranging client meetings. General administration duties.THE CANDIDATE: Ideally experience in financial services or another regulated professional sector. Administrative experience and proficient user of MS Office. Confident communicator with professional working manner.
