Job Title: Full-Time KS2 Teacher Location: Chesterfield Company: Career Teachers Salary: GBP110 to GBP160 per day (depending on experience) Immediate Start About the Role: Career Teachers is seeking a dedicated and experienced KS2 Teacher to join our team in Chesterfield. As a Full-Time KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to Key Stage 2 students, fostering their academic and personal development. Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the KS2 curriculum. * Assess students #39; progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey. * Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth. * Manage classroom behavior effectively, implementing appropriate strategies to support positive conduct. * Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to develop and implement effective teaching practices. * Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on students #39; progress and achievements. Skills Required: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. * Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 students, with a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum. * Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. * Adaptability and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of students and the school community. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice. * Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in students #39; lives.
