Our client is looking for an experienced Learning Disabilities Support Manager to join our location in Fairlight, Hastings supporting 6 Adults with Learning Disabilities to live their life their way. They are seeking someone with a strong track record of sector-based experience in a senior post. The role will be crucial in ensuring that our staff team can continue their goal of making a difference every day to those we support. As a Learning Disabilities Support Manager, you will lead and manage all your staff to ensure that the team is delivering high quality, safe and person-centred support to enable the people we support to achieve great outcomes. You will also foster excellent working relationships amongst all teams including, family members, Social Worker, GP rsquo;s and other professionals and stake holders.
