Good Afternoon, Please see below a temp to perm Quantity Surveyor role that has just come in; Quantity Surveyor (Temp to Perm role) Social Housing / Reactive Planned Maintenance Division Based in Basingstoke GBPNeg Start ASAP Temp to Perm role One of our established clients are currently on the look for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Social Housing / Reactive Planned Maintenance division They are a national company but this role will be based out of their Basingstoke Office, they work alongside social housing providers, local authorities and housing associations Our client will be looking for someone who has worked in the Social Housing / Reactive Planned Maintenance industry before and have strong leadership skills, as they require someone to come in and hit the ground running on a GBP5m works contract. Job Description Oversee all financial aspects of the projects Negotiate with suppliers / sub contractors to ensure cost effective procurement Bits of estimating and tendering Re-measures and packaging Liaising internally and doing CVR #39;s (month end reconciliation #39;s) Ensure adherence to Health Safety regulations If you are interested in this role, then please forward an up to date CV to Andy Harvey and then i will respond accordingly
