As the Digital Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of their online advertising and marketing campaigns also providing the best level of support to the Head of Marketing. Responsibilities: Oversee the scheduling of email campaigns, highlighting potential delays and suggesting changes when necessary. Liaise with clients to manage the lifecycle of projects, maintaining smooth communication and managing expectations. Support the Senior management team and Head of Marketing where nessasry. Work alongside the internal project team to generate and manage email promotions, driving user engagement and increasing reach. Regularly report on the performance of display ads, email campaigns, and social media marketing, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with our data expert to generate website reports for clients and internal teams, highlighting key metrics and trends. Contribute to the wider brand strategy, developing marketing campaigns to increase user growth and engagement.Requirements: Proven experience in similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in using ad platforms, email marketing tools, and social media management platforms. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
