Key Responsibilities: bull; Assist teachers in the development of lesson plans and classroom activities. bull; Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help. bull; Supervise students during lessons, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment. bull; Support classroom management and assist with behaviour management strategies. bull; Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of children rsquo;s progress. bull; Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, parents, and other professionals. Requirements: bull; Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or a similar role in an educational setting. bull; Relevant qualifications and certifications in education or child development. bull; Strong communication and interpersonal skills. bull; Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children. bull; Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. bull; Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.
