Adecco are proud to be working with a well established company who are seeking a Customer Services agent with Property lettings or property sales experience to join their expanding team. Location: Basildon Salary: 12.00 per hour Working days: Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm Duration of contract: Temporary Job Role: Composing emails to inform clients about an outstanding account Answering phone calls from Loss adjusters Telephoning Loss adjusters and determining why payments remain outstanding Experience with servicing court orders to recover outstanding payments, in some cases would be ideal (not essential) Must be confident using the telephone We are looking for candidates that have experience working within property lettings or sales for this role. Working hours - Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break The role is to to provide a first class Customer Service to all our Customers and consistently delivering high levels of customer service for this very busy role.
