REGISTERED MANAGER - CHILDREN #39;S HOME MANAGER We are seeking an experienced Children #39;s Home Manager to work in the children #39;s care sector in Birmingham This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a company grow and to ensure the lives of the children are fully supported with excellent levels of care. * Competitive salary GBP45-50k DOE * Excellent opportunities for career progression as the company expands The Role: As a Children #39;s Home Manager your role will include: * Overseeing the delivery of care services for children, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations * Ensuring strict compliance with Ofsted * Managing staff and resources effectively * Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans * Liaising with families, and healthcare professionals * Assessments, supervisions and overall management of the support workers * Following of policies and procedures The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Manager should have: * Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 3 minimum and working towards or have the level 5 * Experience of working with vulnerable children * Ofsted experience * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Have a strong character and be a good communicator * Be a reflective leader * Want to develop their own style of management * Work closely with the regional managers to develop growth plans for the service * Worked as a manager or a deputy manager or senior or team lead in the children #39;s sector The Package: The benefits package for the Manager role includes: * Training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge * Excellent progression opportunities Our client is renowned for providing high-quality children #39;s care services and are committed to improving the lives of the children.
