Mechanical Plumber Harrogate, GBP29250ph, on call pay and overtime available, NHS benefits, 37.5 hours per week. Immediate temp to perm opportunity for a Mechanical Plumber to undertake a day shift, site based maintenance role. Pleasant, non-stressful working environment you will undertake a range of PPM, and repair tasks in a commercial environment. We are very keen to hear from anyone with water hygiene or HVAC experience, this role may also suit an MOD trained mechanical engineer. The role of Mechanical Plumber #xF0B7;Attending breakdowns and undertaking planned and preventative maintenance #xF0B7;Working with plant and associated equipment, heating, ventilation, TMV and boiler controls #xF0B7;Assisting in the installation of new plant equipment #xF0B7;HVAC installation and maintenance work #xF0B7;Working with building control and automation #xF0B7;Maintaining hot and cold water systems, undertaking water hygiene testing #xF0B7;Working with pumps and compressors #xF0B7;Maintaining generator engines, washers disinfectors and refrigeration units #xF0B7;Ensuring drainage and sewage systems work effectively #xF0B7;Repairing and replacing toilets, sinks and macerators #xF0B7;Working on large projects when required The person #xF0B7;Experienced working in facilities, buildings maintenance or plumbing, pipefitting role previously #xF0B7;Ideally multi skilled across maintenance spectrum. #xF0B7;A can do attitude and a proven background and a stable career #xF0B7;Holds City Guilds course Mechanical Engineering Part II (205-3) OR N.V.Q.
