Force Recruitment are a new and exciting recruitment business that have experienced a period of sustained growth and are expanding. We were founded in 2022 and have been very successful so far. We are now looking to add passionate Recruitment Consultants who are interested in working with us on a permanent basis! This is an amazing opportunity to come into a friendly and welcoming company that has very ambitious growth plans. We operate within Civil Engineering industry so a background in this would be preferred, but not essential - full training within the sector can be provided. We have clients operating nationally already working with us that have scope to open up further - potential to come into a warm desk. Main responsibilities of the role: * Using sales, networking and business development techniques to attract business from client companies. * Developing a good understanding of client companies and their business is key in order to build better, stronger relationships with client companies. * Attracting candidates by using a wide range of means including using social media, seeking referrals, networking and utilising job boards * Screening and interviewing candidates via the telephone - This is a very telephone intensive role * Take a consultative approach to both your clients and candidates giving advice on salary levels, market knowledge and career opportunities. #x200B;We have recently moved into a brand new state of the art office with free parking on site.
