Role: Site Supervisor/Works Manager ndash; Earthworks * Location: Banbury * Salary: up to GBP60k+ package (neg depending on experience) * Permanent role * Earthworks * Overtime available The role Mason ndash; James is working with a well established and highly reputable company who are looking for a experience Earthworks Supervisor/Manager to join their team based in Banbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that can offer flexibility, secure and career progression. * Work in conjunction with the Project Manager, effectively controlling all operations of the site and its assets in the most efficient way possible to best contribute to the output of the site. * Ensure the resources run in a manner that is both safe, yet efficient. * Managing operators to maximise outputs safely. * Ensuring that all work is carried out to high standards. * Communicate morning briefings and toolbox talks. * Report any site issues to your line manager as they happen to aid efficient solutions are found. * Complete accurate Daily allocation sheets and record tonnage processed. * Inspect machinery regularly to fault find and determine if there are any defects within the plant, carry out any minor repairs (side skirting, belt tracking, screen de-pegging) and report any further defects via the defect app or line manager. * Have good contractor/client relations with the client manager on site. * Keep the Site in a clean and tidy environment. Extra Bits * Have a sound appreciation of Health Safety, housekeeping, and environmental regulations * Well organised and efficient in your day-to-day activities * Flexibility with working hours and willing to work overtime where required. * Responsible individual with experience running crushing, screening, washing. * Experience in completing RAMS and site supervision. * Computer literacy and great organisational skills are a pre-requisite as is a #39;safety-first #39; mindset. * Effective communicator at all levels * Excavator/loading shovel/crusher screener cpcs blue card (desirable but not essential). * SSSTS or SMSTS Please apply and we will be in touch with suiable candidates
