Electrical maintenance engineer

Maintenance Electrician Location: Kingston-Upon-Thames Salary: GBP37,000 per annum + overtime Job Type: Full-time, 37-hour week with a flexible approach Are you ready to electrify your career? Day to Day of the Role: Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across properties. Diagnose and repair electrical systems, plant, and equipment, ensuring safety and continuity of operations. Work independently and with General Maintenance Assistants to complete tasks efficiently. Participate in a rota, with potential working hours between 6am - 7pm, Monday to Friday. Drive between sites as required, maintaining a valid driver #39;s licence.Required Skills Qualifications: Completed an apprenticeship in Electrical or equivalent NVQ/C G level 3. Knowledge of Emergency Lighting - Fundamentals and Maintenance for compliance with BS 5266/BS EN 50172. 17th edition certified, willing to obtain 18th edition. Minimum of three years #39; experience in building repairs and maintenance. Proficient in using mobile electronic equipment and various tools.
