Site Manager (Residential) Bray, Wicklow euro;70-80k (Allowance, Bonus Benefits) Required for leading residential developer working on a multi-phase project in excess of 400 units near Bray, Co. Dublin This project will entail a mix of housing and apartments, experience in either is desirable. Role bull; Overseeing the construction of a residential housing scheme from greenfield to completion. bull; Implementation of all health and safety policies. bull; Co-ordination and managing of sub-contractors. bull; You will oversee quality control and safety measures on site. bull; Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations. bull; Attend regular site meetings with project team. bull; Direct and supervise direct staff and sub-Contractors. bull; Plan the daily resourcing and control of site labour and ordering of material. bull; Maintain a weekly work diary of progress. bull; Ensuring procedures in place to maintain plant in good work order. bull; Safely compete project to budget within agreed timelines.
