As a Roofer at Hyde you will be working within our Property Services Team to carry out maintenance and repairs, ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: * Demonstrate competence within required primary trade: Roofing. * Completing all roofing repairs at the first visit (first time fix). * Working in a customer focused environment within agreed performance targets. * Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information. * There will be minimal supervision, you should be able to demonstrate organisational and time management skills. Experience: * Working with slate, concrete tile repair or replacement * Repair Ridge or verge repairs * Fascia/Soffit repair or replace * Gutter repair or replace plastic or cast iron * Flat roof repair (felt) * Flat roof full replacement (felt) * Gutter clearance; use of gutter vac and camera equipment Benefits * A fantastic pension * Life assurance * Great holidays * An award-winning flexible benefits package. * Volunteering days A basic DBS check will be carried out on the successful candidate.
