Nurse practitioner

Job Title: Senior Nursery Practitioner - Earn a great salary!!! This person will have a minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare and preferably a minimum of 2 years rsquo; experience working within an early years setting including experience in managing and directing staff members. This person will be a leader of staff and will ably and enthusiastically maintain an environment that promotes the goals of the room and the ethos and core values of the company. This person will be seen as a leader with excellent communication skills with children, parents/carers and staff. This person will take on the role of a key carer with a maximum of 10 children taking control of all aspects of their learning and development. The Lead EYE will be responsible for ensuring that the children in the room are safe, well cared for and making good progress in their learning as well as promoting quality practice by serving as an excellent example and guide to other staff in the room. The Lead EYE will evaluate and take control of difficult situations and alter them when necessary. They will take responsibility for staff management in the room under the guidance and support of the Deputy and Early Years Manager if applicable and may, at times, be the named manager on duty in the absence of the Deputy and Early Years Manager. Starting salary - GBP30,000
