As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing classrooms when teachers are absent. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the education and development of our students while gaining valuable classroom experience. Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher. * Ensure that students remain engaged and focused on learning activities. * Distribute and collect class materials and homework assignments as instructed. * Implement behavior management strategies as necessary to maintain a positive and productive learning environment. * Provide support and guidance to students as needed. * Communicate effectively with teachers and other school staff regarding classroom activities and students #39; progress. * Follow school policies and procedures regarding attendance, punctuality, and dress code. * Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities as required. Requirements: * Bachelor #39;s degree in Education or relevant experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage a classroom and maintain a positive and productive learning environment. * Flexibility and adaptability to work in different subject areas and with different age groups. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Commitment to ongoing professional development.
