As a Dialler System Manager, you #39;ll be instrumental in refining and enhancing our outbound communication strategy. We #39;re seeking an analytical individual proficient in SQL coding, knowledgeable in web-based marketing techniques like SEO and PPC, and experienced in utilizing Omni-channel systems, preferably Connex One, for campaign management. Responsibilities: Manage Dialler Systems: Oversee configuration, maintenance, and optimization of dialler systems, emphasizing the utilization of Connex One CXM system for maximum efficiency. Collaborate with IT and software development teams to promptly resolve any dialler system issues. Utilize analytical tools including Connex One CXM system to monitor and assess outbound communication campaign performance. Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, identifying areas for enhancement. SQL Code Expertise: Understand SQL code for database querying and relevant information extraction for campaign targeting. Collaborate with data analysts and database administrators to ensure data integrity. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing outbound campaigns in the automotive leasing sector. Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation. Ability to influence senior personnel in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in SQL coding for data extraction and analysis.
