You will have responsibility for leading a team of dedicated maintenance engineers covering building services maintenance. You will ensure a compliant and effective service is delivered at all times. This role is covering a large static estate in Blackburn - commutable from Blackburn, Preston Burnley. About you An Electrical engineering qualification - Level 3 equivalent or higher Previous experience of supervising multi skilled hard services engineers You #39;ll also have experience of managing both planned and reactive maintenance schedules The successful applicant will be required to go through full DBS vetting due to the nature of the estate that you will be covering. Having experience of working within the healthcare industry is highly advantageous for this role.You may have experience as - Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, Electrical Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader.
