Compliance Officer GBP21.00 per hour Maidstone based We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant for an NHS Trust based in Maidstone, to provide assistance to the Trust Management team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in maintaining very high standards within the trust, ensuring compliance is in line with regulatory frameworks and relevant legislation. This is an ASAP start role. Responsibilities include: Provide comprehensive administrative support to Board Sub-committees, including minute taking and coordination of meeting logistics. Ensuring timely availability of reports, supporting papers, minutes, and action logs for each Committee. Establish and maintain effective communication channels across the Trust Manage board meetings effectively including agenda drafting and minuting Producing high-quality written minutes for meetings, reporting and lettersThe ideal candidate: Strong administrative and organisation skills Experience in a similar role Excellent communication sand interpersonal abilities Proficient in document management and meeting coordination Ability to use own initiativeAPPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
