Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes. 6. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to provide comprehensive patient care. 7. Education: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions. 8. Adherence to Protocols: Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to ensure the delivery of safe and effective nursing care. Requirements: 1. Registered Nurse (RN): Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or relevant licensing body. 2. Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Registered General Nurse, with a diverse clinical background preferred. 3.
